Your Role Will Include:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail like a pro.
- Scanning and uploading mail/documents into client files accurately and efficiently.
- Tracking and logging every mail piece with precision.
- Assisting with light clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom workspace.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Shifts 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Opportunities for overtime!
Location: Irvine, CA – On-site only
Pay: $25 per hour + OT
